Spanish Desalinization Inputs August 2003 Installation of 24 input filters for seawater to feed a desalinization plant near Barcelona, Spain. Entry points on the beach of the 24 feeder lines were required on 2 meter centers. The feeder lines fanned out horizontally as distance from the beach increased. The active surf zone prohibited use of conventional techniques.
