Drilling the Maas River from Both Sides 2001 Underground Intersect A guidewire placed into a conduit offset 12 m from the pilot hole and the drill hole produced an accuracy envelope smaller than the drill bit, thus allowing ParaTrack-2 to successfully complete the intersect.

Rhone Valley Intersect 2002 Underground Intersect Installation of a 24 in diameter steel gas line was required through heavy gravels on both sides of the River Rhone in France by means of horizontal directional drilling with ParaTrack-2 over a total length of 1,036 m. The intersect and entry were made with less than 3/4 degree of incidental angular difference.   ProData Brochure Drilling Rig Data Display and Transmission System Prime Horizontal has developed a cost effective system specifically for the HDD industry for measuring drilling parameters and displaying them at the rig and in client offices. This system is designed to eliminate the gap between on-site operations and office management. The basic sensor package consists of the measurements of push/pull, torque, carriage position and speed, drill rotational speed and mud pressure at the rig. Rig data are sent from a GPRS modem to a highly secure database. A separate server, linked to this database, acts as the web portal to the client. The client interface is extremely user friendly and customizable.
